2011-2012 Band Booster Meetings
Band Booster Meetings are held at 7:00pm each month of the school year in the high school band hall unless otherwise announced. We endeavor to FINISH the meetings by 8:00 pm!!! Check the calendar for the specific dates of the meetings. Band Booster Board Meetings immediately precede the General Meetings at 6:15 pm in the high school percussion room.
The Grand Piano CommitteeThe Grand Piano Committee was a special purpose committee under the Band Boosters, whose objective was to raise funds for a grand piano for the new DSHS Auditorium. The Committee includes representatives from DSISD performing arts groups as well as performing arts supporters from the Dripping Springs community. The committee raised $20,000 and the Dripping Springs ISD used those funds to purchase a piano in the Fall of 2011. The piano was in place for the choir and band holiday concerts. Thank you to all who supported the Grand Piano Project.
The Dripping Springs Band Boosters is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. The Bylaws of the organizations were most recently updated in April 2009. Band Booster Bylaws (April 2009)
